- Together with your pack you will receive a Quick Start Guide with easy instructions step-by-step;
- Follow each step, removing and installing each sensor;
- Access our Sign-in area and register as a new customer;
- Insert the serial number of your pack, adding the equipments to your online account;
- Follow the video tutorial over the web to insert final parameters;
- You are now ready to use Pack Andante Safety, your home is protected.
- Protect your home when you are out but also when you are inside;
- Use the alarm system during day and night;
- You can use the Andante Safety system even with pets inside the home, just arming for example the door and window sensors;
- Configure the system to receive notifications over SMS and email;
- Watch remotely your home and store motion triggered images by completing your solution with a surveillance pack;
- Control your system remotely, by using your mobile phone or from your office computer.
